Human Clinical Study Overview

The product used for this Human Clinical Trial was Prostalex Plus at the recommended dosage of 2-capsules taken orally each day.

Study Overview

Fifty male subjects, over the age of 40, with various beginning wellness levels, ages (25 males over 50 years of age), exercise levels and health levels are first tested as clean bodies. Clean bodies means they have consumed no prescription drugs, no supplements, and no special diets for one week prior to the first intake of Prostalex.

The study was overseen by a Registered Nurse, Medical Doctor, Masters in Holistic Nutrition and Certified Nutritionists.

Study Specifics

For the initial baseline screening, a Digital Rectal Exam was performed by Dr. Masters, M.D., and each subject was rated on a scale of 1 -10, where 1 indicates no inflammation in the prostate and 10 represents a state of very enlarged prostate hyperplasia. The following is a list of the subjects’ baseline prostate enlargement scale:

• Fifteen at level 10
• Eleven at level 9
• Seven at level 8
• Seventeen at level 7

Upon the fourth week of testing, the following levels were measured within the same subjects:

• Two at level 9
• Six at level 8
• Twelve at level 7
• Fifteen at level 6
• Fifteen at level 5

This decrease in prostate inflammation at the end of the fourth week using Prostalex Plus indicated a lowered rate of 24% overall.

Conclusions

• 100% of the study subjects showed a decrease of at least 20% within four weeks of using this product.
• Nocturia (frequent urination at night) was decreased by 18% overall in the subjects during this four week study.
• Urine flow, rate and residual urine volume were all improved in these subjects.
• All subjects showed improvements in decreased prostate gland volume and size.
• No side effects were seen from this product.
• This study indicates that Prostalex Plus may be acting as an Anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and improving urine flow.
• This product is very safe and well tolerated in the study.
• No allergic relations were observed or reported.
